California Blue Whales and Blue Skies Program Press Conference
Asm. Hart held a press conference to proudly reintroduce state legislation to establish a California Blue Whales and Blue Skies Program. Through the implementation of a voluntary vessel speed reduction, this bill will curb emissions while protecting whale populations along their migratory route up and down the California coast.
