California Blue Whales and Blue Skies Program Press Conference

Asm. Hart held a press conference to proudly reintroduce state legislation to establish a California Blue Whales and Blue Skies Program. Through the implementation of a voluntary vessel speed reduction, this bill will curb emissions while protecting whale populations along their migratory route up and down the California coast.

Women Making Herstory

Asm. Gregg Hart presented Terri Maus-Nisich as Assembly District 37 Woman of the Year. Terri has served as Assistant County Executive Officer for Santa Barbara County since 2006, leading the community through many challenges moments and touching countless lives along the way. Congratulations, Terri!
